The modern fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer and wine cooler. A large dining table seats at least four persons. The contemporary sitting room offers two modern sofas, a television, DVD player and DVD collection to suit everyone. Also on the ground floor is a toilet and wash hand basin, as well as utilities including a washing machine and tumble drier.

A staircase leads upstairs to the property’s bedrooms.  The master bedroom is a double room with large double bed, drawers, dressing table, wardrobe and TV.  The second bedroom offers two single beds, drawers, dressing table/desk, TV and Nintendo Wii console.  The main bathroom is also located upstairs in the property, offering a bath with overhead shower, washhand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.  Towels and bed linen are provided for guest use.

Banff Links beach is a stone’s throw from The Boathouse, with a well equipped children’s playpark and lots of green space also directly in front of the property.
